Honey Sesame Wings

The epitome of 'finger-lickin-good', our Honey Sesame Wings are perfect for parties! Made with locally-grown free range chicken from Mt Barker and our pure 100% Western Australian produced honey. Just try stop at one.


  • 1kg of Mt Barker Free Range Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup of Wescobee honey
  • 1/4 cup of tamari soy sauce 
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of good quality peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of toasted sesame seeds
  • Asian herbs to garnish
Our Range >


  1. Rinse and dry wings and place in a marinade dish/container.
  2. Add Wescobee honey, tamari soy sauce, crushed garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice and toss the wings around in the mixture, ensuring all are evenly coated. 
  3. Cover wings and refrigerate overnight. 
  4. Place wings in a baking dish and pour marinade over them.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 mins or until cooked, turning and basting the wings throughout. Be mindful, honey burns!
  6. Remove and sprinkle and toss through the toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Serve garnished with coriander and spring onion.
