Honey Lamb Kebabs

A simple, delicious BBQ recipe using our pure honey from the wild South-West and fresh local lamb from Amelia Park. Accompany with Greek-style salad or coleslaw to complete the dish!


  • 1kg boned shoulder of local Amelia Park lamb
  • 1/2 cop lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of Wescobee honey
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 tabelspoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander 
  • 1 teaspoon of celery salt or regular sea salt
Our Range >


  1. Cut lamb into 3cm cubes
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinade overnight. 
  3. Thread lamb onto skewers.
  4. Fire up the BBQ and place kebabs on the grill. Brush with leftover marinade.
  5. Cook for 12-14 mins, turning often. 
  6. Serve with sides of your choice.
